Benefits

You can get out of the driveway without waiting on a neighbour or a plow that never comes.
Walkways and entries are cleared with the driveway, which is where slips actually happen.

When it helps

Homes with a driveway and walk that need clearing after each meaningful snowfall.
Businesses that need the entrance and parking usable at opening.
Properties where ice, not just snow depth, is the real risk.

The value

A season plan is usually the better value than calling around during a storm. You know who is coming, and we already know the property.

Why Picture Garden

We watch the forecast and route the work instead of waiting for a call at 6 a.m.
Salting is included on a seasonal contract. On a one-time storm visit, it is extra.
